As two friends working in the construction industry, we spent years navigating the challenges of Quantity Surveying and guiding countless MRICS aspirants who reached out for advice. Through these interactions, we noticed something important: while there were many training providers, there wasn’t a true one-stop destination that combined trust, professionalism, and real-world relevance for QS career advancement.
Time and again, students and colleagues would say, “Why don’t you start something of your own? We need mentors who understand us, not just trainers.” Their encouragement planted a seed that grew into QSurv Consult.

From day one, we made a promise - to build QSurv Consult on the same principles that guided our friendship: trust, honesty, and professionalism. We didn’t want to create just another training platform. We wanted to create a place where professionals feel understood, supported, and guided throughout their journey.

That’s why we keep our batches small (maximum 25 students), so every learner gets the personal attention they deserve. That’s why we guide our candidates all the way - from enrollment, through preparation, to the final MRICS interview - and even beyond into their careers. And that’s why we foster a community where students can share experiences, exchange ideas, and grow together.
